Erika spearheads the coordination and strategic direction of the NBPA Foundation and brings a wealth of experience from her philanthropic endeavors with organizations such as the Detroit Pistons, Golden State Warriors, Chicago Sky & Sky Cares Foundation, and Detroit Shock. Erika's contributions have earned her prestigious appointments such as serving on the Michigan Governor’s Task Force on Women in Sports and receiving the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) Medallion Award, in acknowledgment of her contributions to promoting voting rights. Fun fact: Erika has three Championship rings – two with the WNBA Detroit Shock in the early 2000s and one with the NBA Golden State Warriors.
