A. Jeffrey “Jeff” Bean focuses his practice in the areas of real estate law, land use, entertainment and sports law, and business law. Jeff is also a Licensed Builder. He was born in Amarillo, Texas on January 23, 1956. He was admitted to the bar in Michigan in 1984. After attending Kalamazoo College, Jeff received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University (B.S., with High Honors, 1979) and his law degree from Wayne State University Law School (J.D., Cum Laude, 1984). Jeff belonged to Phi Kappa Phi and the Mortar Board. Jeff authored "Investment in Leveraged Real Estate by Tax Exempt Organizations," The Practical Lawyer, 1990. Jeff currently serves as a member of the board of trustees of Detroit Public Television (WTVS).
