Philadelphia
The Philadelphia Story
In October 2022, a Greater Philadelphia Leadership Exchange (GPLEX) cohort visited Detroit and toured several Brilliant Detroit hubs. Seeing the model at work firsthand, a group of Philadelphians organized to bring us to this city.
After many conversations and more visits between the two cities, Brilliant Cities committed to create Brilliant Philadelphia. Now, with more than 25 local partners and conversations in seven neighborhoods, we are thrilled that our first stop outside of Michigan will be the City of Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection! To start, we have committed to the East Oak Lane and Germantown neighborhoods, and are in the process of preparing hubs to launch in these communities. Stay tuned for the formal launch of East Oak Lane in early 2026!
In the meantime, you can reach our Philadelphia team at philadelphia@brilliantcities.org or 313.425.7456.
Let’s make brilliant things happen together.
