Doug is a high-energy leader who loves driving innovation and rallying teams to overcome obstacles and achieve success. He recently sold his VC and PE funded data analytics software and consulting business to The Pursuant Group, and is embarking on his next adventure. His background includes a Harvard MBA, Dartmouth AB, consulting work at Bain & Co. and Booz, Allen, and a variety of tech business leadership roles. He has raised capital from both VC and PE firms several times, acquired, organically grown, and successfully sold three info tech businesses to larger players. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Illinois Technology Association and has a variety of non-profit experiences, most notably as the lead for sustainable and repeatable development in rural Zambia, and also Chicago. He has even pastored a church community of about 300 families.
