Please feel free to utilize this hub during the designated open hours to take your own blood pressure using our provided monitors. Our Self-Measured Blood Pressure Monitoring Champion will be present to give verbal guidance on the proper way to measure your blood pressure to achieve an accurate reading and share education on hypertension. Take a look at some local clinics that offer primary care services, including blood pressure monitoring. |
