| DESCRIP: | Adventures in Science is a STEM based science program for children who are ages 6-8. This program is a series of ongoing cohorts which occur throughout the year. These classes include a focus on learning through inquiry and an exploration of a variety of science topics. Children will develop process skills for science (observing, hypothesizing, asking questions, problem solving, drawing conclusions) through hands-on experiences. Kitchen chemistry, physical science, experimentation, and others are included in this discovery-based science program. |
