| DESCRIP: | Parent Club at Brilliant Detroit Littlefield is a support group for families that incorporates several evidence-based practices. It is designed to provide families with new self-care skills along with a supportive community of other caregivers. Each week, we'll have a variety of activities and lessons to strengthen mental health and attachment amongst the family circle. We'll also be making space for joy and artistic expression in parent's club, with lessons dedicated to arts & crafts and other creative activities for everyone. Parents are welcome to bring their children, who will have separate activities to engage with during Parent's Club. |
