Hailing from Louisville, Kentucky, Brittany’s dedication to improving the well-being of today’s youth is evident in her impactful career and active community engagement. Brittany served as the first Black woman Vice President and Metro Executive Director for the Southeast Michigan American Heart Association, where she and her team secured Detroit’s largest-ever donation. She had the honor of being selected for the Michigan Governor's Student Recovery subcommittee elevating the voices of the underrepresented. Her energetic approach reflects her unwavering dedication to serving the community and raising the bar for excellence. She will lead Brilliant Detroit’s Stewardship Department and focus on raising the seed capital for Brilliant Cities to expand across the country.
