Aaron has served in community-based Detroit nonprofit organizations for the entirety of his professional career. Prior to joining Brilliant Detroit in 2017, Aaron served as the Resource and Outreach Coordinator and, later, Treasurer and a Founding Board Member of Auntie Na’s House, a grassroots community center on the Westside of Detroit. At Brilliant Detroit, Aaron has worked in volunteer engagement, fund development and, now, partner development and strategy. He has a BA in Politics, Law, and Society. While originally from Michigan, he is a proud Philadelphia transplant.
